Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo has yet to appear in a postseason game in 2024 after suffering a calf injury late in the regular season. Now the team may be without its other star after Damian Lillard aggravated a right Achilles sprain and has spent the past two days in a walking boot.

Khris Middleton led a furious Milwaukee comeback in Game 3 of its first-round series against the Indiana Pacers, ultimately finishing with 42 points in a 111-108 overtime loss. Middleton himself was questionable with an ankle injury going into Friday night and played a stressful 41 minutes.

The Bucks, trailing 2-1 in the series, could be without one, two or all three of their best players for a critical Game 4 on the road. A loss would be a major blow to Milwaukee’s chances of beating the upstart Pacers and avoiding a first-round exit for the second straight postseason.

So who’s in and who’s out?

Giannis Antetokounmpo, Damian Lillard both out for Game 4 vs. Pacers; Khris Middleton probable

Bad news for Bucks fans as Milwaukee will have to find a way to win the most important game of its season without Giannis or Lillard. Both have been ruled out for Game 4.

Middleton is on the injury report as probable.

Either Khash will have to find a way to repeat his Game 3 performance or the Bucks will have to find some magic off their bench to avoid facing a 3-1 series deficit.
