The Miami Heat are huge underdogs in their current NBA playoffs series against the Boston Celtics. The Celtics finished with by far the best record in the NBA this season and they got the one seed in the Eastern Conference with ease. The Heat got the eight seed in the East, but they are known for their upsets and playoff magic this time of year. However, it will be difficult for them to take down the Celtics without their star, Jimmy Butler.

Jimmy Butler went down with an injury in the play-in tournament when the Heat were playing the Philadelphia 76ers. It was an MCL injury, and it is going to keep Butler on the sidelines for awhile. Miami has played without him so far in their series against the Celtics, but they did find a way to get a win on the road without him. The Heat are currently down 2-1 in the series.

Obviously, getting Jimmy Butler back as soon as possible is crucial for the Heat. If they somehow find a way to get past Boston without him, there is a chance that he can make a return in the playoffs. Butler is trying his best.

“I don’t know about a timeline, but we’ve been working,” Butler said in an interview that took place during a recent Heat-Celtics game . “I want to hoop. I want to get out here. I want some of this.”

Butler is the leader of the Heat, and he always shines in the playoffs. It’s hard for him to watch from the sidelines instead of being out there helping his team.
